Mastermind
Mastermind⌗
Summary: Mastermind is a classic code-breaking game where one player creates a secret code, and the other player attempts to decipher it through deduction and logic.
Rules:
-
Creating the Code: One player (the codemaker) selects a secret code consisting of a sequence of colored pegs. The code can be of varying lengths.
-
Guessing the Code: The other player (the codebreaker) makes a series of guesses by placing pegs on the board to replicate the secret code.
-
Feedback: After each guess, the codemaker provides feedback in the form of black and white pegs. Black pegs indicate correct colors in the correct position, while white pegs indicate correct colors in the wrong position.
-
Logic and Deduction: The codebreaker uses the feedback to refine their guesses, aiming to crack the code within a set number of attempts.
-
Winning: The codebreaker wins if they decipher the code within the allotted number of attempts. The codemaker wins if the code remains unbroken.
Mastermind is a game that tests your deductive skills and ability to think strategically.
